BROCCOLI & CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

1 bunch broccoli
3 c. cooked chicken (chunky pieces)
2 cans (10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. curry powder
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 ¼ c. soft bread crumbs (mix with 2 T. Butter)

Cook broccoli spears just until crisp-tender, about 2-3 min. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Add a layer of chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder together and place on top of chicken and broccoli. Top with cheddar cheese and then bread crumbs mixed with butter. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min.
Makes 4-6 servings
