BROCCOLI SALAD
Ingredients:
1 c. Hellmann’s mayonnaise
4 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
8 c. chopped fresh broccoli (florets and stalk)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c. finely chopped red onion
½ c. raisins
½ c. toasted slivered almonds
8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
Directions:
In a lg. bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Add the broccoli, raisins, cheese and onion and stir to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs. Before serving, stir in almonds and bacon. Makes 12-16 side dish servings
